Certified Fitness Trainer - Charissa Hines

Charissa has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and is a certified personal and group fitness trainer who is proud to be a Pilates Practitioner.  Charissa has a diverse fitness background including spinning, senior fitness, yoga, kickboxing, and traditional group exercise classes with Pilates being Charissa's forte.  
Her clients enjoy a challenging routine whether its large or small Pilates apparatus.  She is proficient in Hawk Grips, Mashing, Resisted Stretch, and Trigger Point Therapy as well.
