James was brought to the personal training world from his involvement in football, wrestling, and lacrosse. His extensive sports career and the knowledge obtained by earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise science from Wesley College provides an excellent foundation for a new and supportive approach to training his clients.
James began his career at Forever Fit as an intern before moving into a full time staff position. He is certified in Basic and Advanced Mat Pilates from Power Pilates and he has completed intensive training courses in Hawk Grips and Rock Tape as well as PWR!Moves.
James is committed to seeking as many continuing education opportunities as he is able to so that he can continue to better serve his clients. He believes that improving the overall quality of life of the client can be achieved through a balance of various exercise training methods such as: Pilates, traditional weight training, a variety of myofascial release techniques, and specialized flexibility routines. His clientele range from high school and college athletes, to individuals recovering from injury, as well as those working through chronic conditions.
In his spare time, James enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and their dogs Maddie & Harlie.
