Alicia holds a degree in Exercise Science and has 14 years of experience that spans across many arenas - rehab, community, studio, independent.
Along with her B.S. in Exercise Science, she is a certified Pilates Reformer teacher through Balanced Body. She also has certifications in Personal Training, MELT Method, BootyBarre, TRX and group fitness. On the health and nutrition front, she has her ACE Health Coach and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certifications.
Alicia continues to explore new ways of moving and the many ways to maintain a healthy body. She loves strength training, foot fitness, fascia, injury prevention and most nerdy wellness concepts.
She believes "movement is a medicine for creating change in a person's physical, emotional, and mental states."
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband and 11 year old goldendoodle.
