PRIVATE SESSIONS –
Our most personalized option; one trainer to one client. Sessions are
tailored to individual needs and goals. Various methods and apparatus
will be utilized in these sessions. Sessions are 60 minutes.
DUET SESSIONS –
Two clients per trainer; a great way for couples and friends to work
out together! Sessions are 60 minutes.
SEMI-PRIVATE
– Up to three clients per trainer. Sessions are 60 minutes.
MAT CLASS –
Joseph Pilates’ original exercises done on the mat. We incorporate
small apparatus such as sponge balls, rings, foam rollers, flex bands,
Swiss balls and the Bosu. These exercises will introduce participants
to breathing and movement techniques associated with Pilates Core
training and focus on core stability, torso stabilization, flexibility
and balance with invigorating and challenging routines. This class is a
great way to complement your weekly private sessions. Click here for

TOWER CLASS –
Clients work with a trainer to perform a series of exercises on the
Pilates tower apparatus. The class is geared toward core strengthening,
toning and improving balance and flexibility. This is the perfect class
for anyone who wants to look and feel better, as well as for athletes
who want to improve their competitive performance. This class is a
great way to complement your weekly private sessions. Classes are 60
minutes.
GYROTONIC®
- This training technique is based on uniqque equipment, resembling a
medieval rack, and exercises that incorporate movement principles from
yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming and tai chi to stretch and strengthen
muscles and joints. Training sessions can relieve muscle stress and
result in increased strength and efficiency of movement. Private
Session only.
GYROKINESIS®
- These exercises consist of a series of ggradually repetitive movements
performed sitting on a stool. Specific breathing patterns and rhythmic
motions prepare the body for exercises that are performed on the floor.
The result is a relaxing experience that increases body awareness. This
hour complements an hour of vigorous activity.
YAMUNA® BODY ROLLING
- This workout feels like deep tissue masssage. Clients learn to use
special balls to stretch and relax muscles and release tension with the
toning results of exercise. Classes known as small ball therapy may
focus on specific parts of the body, such as the lower back and legs.
These exercises can re-educate the muscles and create changes to
prevent injury.

POLICIES:
Appointments are scheduled and paid for in
advance.
A retainer fee equal to one session secures your appointment and will
be applied to a late cancellation of less than 24 hours notice.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and personal checks.
(There will be a $35 return check fee on all returned checks.)
Fees and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Adequate cancellation notice is 24 hours prior to your appointment so
that you can reschedule without a charge.
Sessions and training packages will be assigned expiration dates (90
days in most cases).
We strive to accomodate your preference of a trainer. We cannot
guarantee your request can always be met.
We reserve the right to cancel any group class due to lack of
attendance.
